Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 nos mushroom packet


  • 200 gms paneer cubes


  • 2 tsp amul fresh cream


  • 2 tsp cashew paste


  • 2 cups milk


  • 1 tsp jeera


  • 2 nos cloves


  • 1 nos cinnamon stick


  • 5 nos black pepper corn


  • 2 nos cardamom


  • 1 nos brown elaichi


  • 1/2 tsp garlic paste


  • 1 nos chop onion


  • 1 nos chop green chilli


  • 1/ tsp red chilli


  • 1 tsp salt..as taste


  • 1/2 tsp crushed kasuri methi


  • 2 tsp oil

Directions

  • Take a kharal add all whole masala then coarsely grind.
  • Take a mushroom and cut in 4 pcs and washed.
  • Take a cashew and dip in a water/milk and grind well make a paste.
  • Take a wok add oil put garlic saute then add onion till pinkish color then add mushroom and coresely grind masala saute for 2 minutes .
  • After saute add milk and red chilli and salt mix well and cover with lid .
  • After 15 minutes then mushrooms r soft then add paneer,cashew paste and cream then gas off .
  • Sprinkle kasuri methi and serve .
